Administrative History

The Typaldos – Iakovatos brothers were: Konstantinos (1795-1867), Nikolaos (1801-1884), Charalambos (1810-1885) and Georgios (1814-1882), who were children of Aloyisios Typaldos - Iakovatos and Aikaterini, née Krasa. The family of Aloysios was a branch of the house of Typaldos, attested in Cephalonia since 1408. The brothers Typaldos - Iakovatos were distinguished for their performance in letters, sciences and political life of their time.
