WRITTEN RELICS
The small paper envelope bears the words: “To the orphans” written in black ink on the front and the number 7 written in pencil on the back. The cards have the Greek land and sea flags painted crosswise. On the one card under the flags written in black ink are the words “Courage we will avenge”. On the second are the words: “We send warm fraternal embraces to our brothers who were orphaned by evil hands. The students of the 4th grade of the Dedeagats urban school” (Alexandroupolis). On the reverse, each card has the number 7 written in pencil.
