The blotting paper pad consists of the following parts: a) The plate and handle - which is attached to the plate - both made of heavy precious green polished marble. The points of the plate on the top side have been ground, while the handle along the long sides has a concave line, b) The flat metal plate, which covers the bottom side of the plate, is attached to it with a screw in the middle and has a turn on the narrow sides, to hold the blotting paper, c) The main plate. This is where the sheets of the blotting paper are placed and all together are placed in the turns of the top flat plate, where they are attached, d) The sheets of blotting paper.
