Revolver with 5-round cylinder feed system. The grip has plastic plates on each side that are bolted to the body of the revolver, with a very dense, neat, engraved diamond decoration. It has a split trigger and the number “3472” marked on the base of the grip. The surface under the cylinder is marked “CAL 6”. On the body of the weapon in a circular frame the letters “OH” can be seen and below the number “1925”. Between the barrel and the cylinder there is a lion raised on two legs in front of a stylised coat of arms bearing the letter “X” and below the letters “PV”. The same lion pattern is repeated on the barrel.
