The medal consists of a surmounted white enamel cross, each of its arms ending in two right angles. A laurel wreath in green enamel emerges on either side. In the centre of the obverse there is a gold circle with the image of the Blessed Saviour and around in blue enamel is the inscription “YOUR RIGHT HAND GLORY TO THEE O LORD”. The reverse has a white cross in blue enamel and the inscription: “THE FOURTH NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AT ARGOS”. Above there is a fitted gold prominent royal crown with a cross, through which the suspension ring ribbon passes, which is made of light blue silk with white stripes.
