Medal of the 1903-1909 Macedonian Struggle of Macedonian Fighter Michail Papanikolaou (1890-1968), teacher at Megala Livadia. Macedonian Struggle Commemorative Medal of Dimitrios Papageorgiou. This brass medal is round in shape. The obverse bears an image of Alexander the Great and the circular inscription: "MACEDONIAN STRUGGLE 1903-1909”. The reverse is decorated with a lightly embossed representation of the phoenix rising with open wings and the circular inscription: “HELLENIC REPUBLIC 1931”.
