The curtains are made of wool felt, in a crimson colour and lined with cotton satin fabric of the same colour. They have a beige stripe around the perimeter, with a thin crimson woollen fringe. Each one consists of the following parts: a) Two vertical wide panels with vertical velvet bands, in brown colour, on which there are three applique wreaths with pink silk flowers, b) One horizontal panel, with the same decorative embroidery, in a horizontal arrangement. The top of this panel is straight and has suspension loops. The bottom is wavy, has braiding and decorative woollen tassels in crimson colour. The two pairs of these curtains come from the manor of Michalis Katsougiannis, a fighter for the Macedonian Struggle in Monastir
