This brass medal has a round shape and on the obverse it bears the bust of King Constantine I and the circular inscription “CONSTANTINE KING OF THE GREEKS 1913”. The reverse bears the bust of Byzantine Emperor Basil II the Bulgar-Slayer and the words “BASIL II 976-1025”. The medal ribbon is not the original one, which would have had a green line in the centre. It is quite damaged and bears three decorations “KRESNA - TSOUMAGIA, KILKIS - LACHANA” and one with crossed swords.
