This brass crown medal is round in shape. On the front it bears an embossed square cross, in crossed swords. The cross in the middle has a crown and on the vertical arms of the cross there are embossed monograms of Kings George I and Constantine I. The circular inscription “WITH GOD FOR KING AND COUNTRY 1912-1913” (in Byzantine script) surrounds the composition. The reverse bears the three-line inscription “MACEDONIA - EPIRUS - ARCHIPELAGO”, surmounted by laurel branches. At the top of the crown there is a horizontal metal bar through which the blue and white ribbon passes, instead of the usual ribbon (silk with a red line in the middle, white at the edges on a light blue background). Also on the ribbon is the metal decoration with the words KRESNA - TSOUMAGIA. This ribbon is also not the usual ribbon for this type of metal, as it belongs to a Greco-Bulgarian War medal.
