Women’s sleeved short jacket, known as saltamarka, made of red velvet. It is a component of the traditional Bride/Boula costume. It consists of the two front panels and the trapezoid-shaped back panel that are joined together at the shoulders and sides. It has a stand-up collar and a vertical opening at the front. It is lined with beige cotton fabric. All around the front, it is trimmed with two rows of gold thread, which decorates part of the edge of the sleeves, as well as part of the back. The other sections of the edges are decorated with an appliqued band with satin and cotton details. The lower corners of the two front panels are decorated with a leafy gold branch.
