The book has dark beige, medium-hard front and back covers. The front cover is occupied by a black-and-white photograph depicting Filotas Adamidis himself in a relaxed posture, dressed in military uniform. The lower part of the book’s back cover is decorated with two old black-and-white photographs depicting the author together with other soldiers at the front, while an old map of Imathia completes the decoration below them.
