Wooden spoon from Cappadocia. The concave part and the handle feature painted vegetal decorations in red, green and black. These wooden spoons, the “tahtadionas”, were, and still are, used as percussion instruments in Antikristoi dances from Cappadocia. They were made in Konya and Sille.
