Short blue velvet vest of the women’s traditional costume of the Pontus region. On the chest opening, around the waist and the ends of the sleeves, there is a double twisted gold cord, which creates a looped design on the back. On the collar, there is a single twisted cord surrounding the collar and giving it its shape. The same cord creates a vegetal design in the two front corners. On the sides, the cord is interrupted by gold embroidery, which also covers the seams of the side panels of fabric.
