Leather belt with metal buckle (asimozounaro) of the traditional Sarakatsana costume from Thrace. An additional piece of leather with eight holes for adjusting its size on the waist is sewn on one end of the belt. The buckle is hammered and consists of three surfaces. The central mastoid surface is in the form of a rosette with raised decoration. Each of the two oblong Y-shaped surfaces is adorned with a rosette framed by raised vegetal decorations. This is an accessory of the bridal and formal/festive Sarakatsana costume.
