Tsukna – Woollen dress of the women’s traditional costume of Kavakli, Thrace (Eastern Rumelia region, present-day Bulgaria). The dress is black and sleeveless. Around the chest opening, the limaria, there are three rectangles with embroidered yellow, red, green and black geometric decoration on a gold background. The hem is embellished with vertical rectangles from appliqued pieces of orange, white and blue-red plaid fabric, with white and orange borders. Green, red, purple, blue and yellow vegetal motifs have been embroidered below.
