Two-part buckle of the women’s traditional costume of Episkopi, Imathia. Donated to the Lykeion ton Ellinidon of Naoussa as a keepsake. The central oblong surface is moulded and features vegetal decoration with palmettes at the ends. The two paisley-shaped surfaces feature embossed decorations. The central space is covered by a clam shell, a type of mollusc. The ends of the paisleys are embellished with vegetal motifs.
